About this role
- Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across India and Overseas. Work with the recruitment team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies.
- Source passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen and qualify prospective candidates
- Become the expert on where and how to attract top talent
- Ensuring delivery of assignments with quality candidates within the set TAT.
- Interview line-ups for positions assigned by clients, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, explaining the JD to candidates will be continuous activities.
- Incorporating new and innovative ways of sourcing candidates for perm assignments.
- Assisting the Team Leader / Client Manager in recruitment for respective clients.
- Managing MIS / Database. - Input, update and maintain, recruitment data and records using applicant tracking systems.
