About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational HR experience and is eager to expand their knowledge in a fast-paced environment. You will support core HR functions, contribute to a positive employee experience, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and off boarding procedures, including documentation, inductions, and exit formalities
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper filing of HR documents
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and processes
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team events
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support other HR administrative tasks as assigned
- 6–12 months of experience in a Human Resources or related administrative role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR operations, and employee lifecycle management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
