Trainee process consultant

HGS ! We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Service team. The role involves assisting customers with product-related queries, resolving concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience through Voice process.

Role :- Trainee Process Consultant

Experience: Fresher (0-1 Year)
Location: Bengaluru / Work from Office
Employment Type: Full-Time

Rotational weekly offs - 5 Days working

2 Way Cab - provided

Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer quiries related to products, services from US Clients
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate or Under graduate (PUC Completed)
• Excellent/Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Flexibility for night shifts

Night shift Timings!

• 8:30PM To 5:30AM (1st Shift)
• 9:30PM To 6:30AM (2nd shift)
• 10:30PM To 7:30AM (3rd shift)
• 11:30PM To 8:30AM (4th Shift)
