Trainee or Associate Business Development NBFC & Treasury

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Management Trainee/Associate to join our NBFC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 02 years of experience who is eager to build a career in financial services, business development, and capital markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sales orientation, be highly organized, possess excellent analytical skills, and be quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the team in business development and relationship management.
• Coordinate with wealth partners, distributors, corporates, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.
• Maintain MIS, trackers, and reports using Excel.
• Assist in fundraising, liability management, and execution of transactions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with operations, legal, compliance, and finance teams for smooth execution.
• Handle multiple assignments while ensuring timely follow-ups and high attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 02 years of work experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply).
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in interacting with clients.
• Highly disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
• Familiarity with financial markets is an added advantage.
