Trainee Operation Associate - Payer Enrollment

Job Opportunity: Trainee Operations Associate Payer Enrollment We are looking for motivated individuals to manage the end-to-end payer enrollment process for U.S Health Care.

Location: Chennai (On-site)

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)

Experience: 0 - 4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Enrollment Management: Execute initial enrollment, revalidations, and demographic updates for healthcare providers.
• Submission: Prepare and submit applications to Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid payers.
• Data Maintenance: Manage provider profiles across CAQH, PECOS, and NPPES.
• Compliance: Verify provider licenses, NPIs, and certifications to ensure submission accuracy.
• Payer Follow-up: Proactively communicate with U.S. insurance payers to track application status.

Required Skills

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Skills: Strong English communication (Written & Verbal) and high attention to detail.
• Aptitude: Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate web-based portals effectively.
