Job Title: Trainee - O2C (Order to Cash)

Location: Bangalore

Role Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our O2C team. The role involves supporting collections, customer payment follow-ups, billing query resolution, and maintaining customer account records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding invoices.
• Assist in resolving billing and payment-related queries.
• Maintain customer records and collection data.
• Support reporting and account reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and build a career in Finance Operations.
