Trainee/Junior Officer - Warehouse (Store)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage FG inventory levels by receiving, storing,
  
• Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Received Note) processing for material receipts.

• Check billing & maintain records related to admin activity for sending invoices to the head office.

• Scrap management including maintenance of its records and proper disposal along with proper documentation.

• Material tracking and timely delivery of material as per requirement given in purchase requisitions raised by various departments.
  
• Conduct regular store operations activities such as stock taking, counting, and reporting discrepancies.

• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, Quantities, prices) into internal database and match the received goods with Purchase order and coordinate with the vendor for any likely damage or non-receipt of goods as per Purchase Order.
