Trainee / Junior IT Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee / Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in IT Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn IT recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, interest, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Understand basic IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill requirements.
• Negotiate and discuss compensation, notice period, location, and other candidate details.
• Meet recruitment and submission targets.
• Support the recruitment team with other Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Required Skills

• 01 year of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is an advantage.
• Good follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop recruitment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related qualification is an advantage.
• Previous internship or experience in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
