Trainee-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

* Understand client requirements and US IT job descriptions.
* Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
* Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
* Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication skills.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
* Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
* Work closely with senior recruiters and team members to achieve hiring targets.
* Learn and understand US IT staffing concepts, technologies, and recruitment processes.


Requirements :

* Freshers with an IT/Technical educational background B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good understanding of basic IT concepts and technologies.
* Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
* Willingness to learn and build a career in US IT Recruitment.
* Comfortable working in a night shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM).
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
