Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized candidate for Office Support and ERP-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for data preparation, site follow-up, ERP support and day-to-day coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain data in MS Excel.
• Support day-to-day office documentation and data management.
• Coordinate with site teams for required information and follow-ups.
• Provide support for ERP-related activities and data updates.
• Prepare reports, trackers and MIS as required.
• Follow up with sites and internal departments for pending information.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data submission.
• Coordinate with site teams and other departments as required.
• Perform other administrative and office support activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Strong data management and documentation skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma qualification.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Candidates with experience in MIS, data management, ERP support or site coordination will be preferred.
• Good learning attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
