Trainee Engineer-Product Management (Fresher)

Purpose of the Role

This role is ideal for engineers who are eager to build a career in technical domain (electrical and electronics) within the industrial automation and safety domain. The Engineer will assist in technical support, documentation, product testing, and coordination activities while developing core technical and analytical skills.

 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in technical support and product documentation.
• Help prepare Excel-based reports, product data sheets, and manuals.
• Support in setting up demo kits and conducting product trials.
• Participate in customer communication (emails/calls) with guidance.
• Learn and support standards-based product documentation (e.g., IEC 60947).
• Work on basic data analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
• Coordinate with sales, R&D, and production for product-related tasks.

Required Skills

• Good English communication (written and verbal)
• MS office knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Self-learning mindset with a willingness to explore new tools and technologies
• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronics devices
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and ERP tools (SAP preferred)
