Trainee Engineer or Junior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Understand and follow SOPs, process sheets, work instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Assist in achieving daily production and productivity targets.
• Monitor process parameters and report abnormalities or deviations to the concerned senior.
• Ensure proper handling, identification, and traceability of components and finished products.
• Maintain production records, checklists, and other relevant documentation.

• Assist in bearing assembly and packing operations.
• Ensure adherence to defined assembly methods and work instructions.
• Support manpower utilization and production planning at the shop-floor level.
• Ensure proper handling and identification of finished bearings.

• Develop basic understanding of CNC / conventional machining, tooling, and inspection.
• Support tool-change and machine-related activities under supervision.
• Assist in controlling rejection, rework, and process losses.
• Report machine abnormalities and coordinate with the concerned team.
