Trainee Engineer - Maintenance (QMS Documentation)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain engineering SOPs, logbooks, and equipment history records.
• Support Change Control, Deviation, and CAPA documentation activities
• Assist in Validation, Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and Calibration documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support regulatory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and QA teams for QMS-related tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresh Engineering graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
• Basic knowledge of QMS, GDP, ALCOA+, Validation, and Calibration concepts.
• Good documentation, technical writing, and MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
