About this role

Candidate Requirements
- DME /Full time board of technical Diploma Mechanical Engineering 2026 Pass-Out.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawing and GD&T preferred.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments is preferred.
- Willingness to work 12-hour duty / shifts is mandatory.
- Willing to work directly on the shop floor in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates looking only for an office-based engineering role should not apply.

The selected trainee will be developed as a future Production / In-Process Quality Engineer with exposure to multiple automotive manufacturing processes.
Key Role
The selected candidates will be responsible for production support and in-process quality control, including inspection, defect identification, process monitoring, rejection control and continuous improvement activities.
