About this role
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Trainee DBT Engineers who have completed training or certification in Data Engineering, SQL, Python, DBT, or related technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in modern data engineering by working on enterprise-scale data transformation and orchestration projects using DBT and Apache Airflow.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SQL, Python, and data concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn and develop data transformation models using DBT.
- Assist in creating and maintaining data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

- Participate in data validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Monitor data pipelines and help resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training programs.
- Continuously learn modern data engineering tools and best practices.
