Trainee CS

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance & Filings: Draft board/shareholder resolutions, notices, minutes, and complete statutory filings with the RoC/MCA and regulatory bodies.
• Transaction Support: Assist in legal due diligence, review deal documents (SHA/SPA), and track closing conditions for IB transactions.
• Capital Markets & SEBI: Help manage compliance for IPOs, rights issues, and preferential allotments (SEBI ICDR/LODR guidelines).
• Governance & Audit: Maintain corporate registers, track compliance calendars, and support internal/statutory audits.

Eligibility & Skills

• Pursuing CS Professional from ICSI.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Companies Act and corporate laws.
• Good communication, drafting and MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
