Trainee Content Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage emails, cases, and customer requests using Gmail, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
• Perform data entry, profile management, and order processing received from multiple Service Centers.
• Update and maintain firm names, addresses, contact details, and attorney profile information across various listings.
• Create, review, and proofread attorney profile content, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Validate and process customer orders based on product features, configurations, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
• Track order progress, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems.
• Support product upgrades, customer transitions, and renewal activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and share regular reports on order status, renewals, and upgrades with management.
• Maintain proper documentation, indexing, and historical records to support internal audits and data tracking.
• Identify process gaps, collect stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements to order processing and renewal workflows.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining data confidentiality.

Requirements and Skills :

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Gmail and Google Workspace
• Strong data entry, documentation, proofreading, and data management skills.
• Good organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work directly with customers and stakeholders.
