Trainee CloudOps Engineer - (PlatOps)

• Automate the manual and repeated activities by scripting or using tools
• Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of the infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud platforms as required
• Implement AI solutions for Self healing and proactive monitoring of the systems
• Design to develop full Cloud and Hybrid Cloud Solutions
• Manage full application stacks from the OS through custom applications using Amazon cloud-based computing environments
• Manage a continuous integration/continuous deployment methodology for the server-based technologies
• Work with engineering and architecture teams to design and implement scalable software services
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines to for fully automated deployments of infrastructure
• Ensure products are following DevOps recommended practices and execution.
• Guide products to achieve High-Availability and Disaster Recovery in a cloud context
• Automation - Able to code and script and familiar with AI and Machine Learning
• Coding/Scripting Skills: Python, Go lang, Java
• Excellent Listening Skills – the ability to interpret customer needs based on brief conversations and manage available time and expectations
• Excellent Communicator - actively adjust presenting and teaching methodologies based on each customer’s needs
• Self-Motivated – can focus their energy and efforts towards achieving success and proactively solving problems, while continuously increasing skillsets through training as well as self-paced study
• Organized – able to manage multiple calendars and communication methods to attend all necessary meetings and events consistently and punctually
• Customer-Oriented - relationship savvy who makes connections with both internal partners and external customers
• Basic level of knowledge is required on security topics
• To work in rotational shifts
• First level of security operations support
• Proficient in developing scripts and scripting languages Python
