You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering superior customer service to enhance the bank's market presence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:-

• Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Drive sales of microfinance and other banking products by identifying customer needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and service initiatives to achieve branch targets and business growth.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls to mitigate operational risks.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
• Prepare and analyze branch performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
