Responsibilities :-
- Assist in managing daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Drive sales of microfinance and other banking products by identifying customer needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of sales strategies and service initiatives to achieve branch targets and business growth.
