Role & responsibilities

• Support in statutory, internal and other audits for Stanford and Ghiloth.
• Preparation and compilation of audit data, schedules and supporting documents.
• Follow-up with respective teams for pending audit requirements and closure of queries.
• Preparation and enhancement of financial and operational data
• Prepare various analysis, workings, schedules and management reports as required.
• Scrutiny of ledgers, transactions and supporting documents.
• Vendor/customer/GRN/PO/invoice and other account reconciliations.
• Invoice tracking and follow-up with plant and other concerned teams.
• GRN and invoice checks and follow-up for pending/mismatched items.
• Cash trail and transaction verification.
• Follow-up with plant teams for required finance-related information and documentation.
• Support in stock-related analysis and reporting.
• SAP data extraction and reporting for finance, inventory and plant-related requirements.
• Support in preparing stock, purchase, expense and other SAP-based reports.
