Hiring: Traffic Manager – Pan India Operations

Parnami Logistics is hiring an experienced Traffic Manager to manage and deploy our company-owned commercial vehicle fleet from Delhi NCR across Pan-India routes in Market.

Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Logistics / Transportation / 3PL 

We need a hands-on Traffic Manager who has experience managing company-owned vehicles ranging from small commercial vehicles to large/heavy commercial vehicles and handling their deployment from Delhi NCR to Pan India.

Experience with multiple categories such as:

• Tata Ace / LCV
• Pickup / Bolero
• Tata 407 / 709
• Eicher
• 14–32 Ft Vehicles
• HCV / MXL / Multi-Axle Vehicles

• Manage daily placement and deployment of company-owned vehicles.
• Allocate vehicles according to load, route and delivery requirements.
• Manage Delhi NCR Pan-India transportation operations.
• Ensure timely vehicle reporting, loading and dispatch.
• Monitor vehicle movement through GPS/tracking systems.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse teams.
• Plan routes and optimize vehicle utilization.
• Handle breakdowns, delays, route deviations and emergencies.
• Monitor trip TAT, KM, fuel and vehicle productivity.
• Minimize vehicle idle time and empty running.
• Ensure timely POD submission and trip closure.
• Maintain daily Traffic MIS and operational reports.

Important: This position requires experience with company-owned commercial vehicles. Candidates whose primary experience is only in market vehicle procurement, brokers or attached vehicles will not be preferred.
