Roles & Responsibilities

• Customize, configure, and support Siebel CRM Trade Promotion Management (TPM) applications to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Siebel CRM, Oracle databases, and enterprise applications.
• Develop and support data migration and ETL processes using Siebel EAI, EIM, Workflows, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Manage and support Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including Azure SQL, Data Factory, Function Apps, and Key Vault.
• Participate in Siebel CRM and Oracle DB upgrade activities, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment support.
• Implement and maintain master data governance and data quality solutions across integrated systems.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell, Cron, and PowerShell for monitoring and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SOX compliance, security standards, and ITIL-based change and release management processes.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure solution quality and stability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, runbooks, and support guides.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Support CI/CD and deployment activities using GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance, proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
