Trade-Project-OEM(TPO)- MFC Engineered Panel (Particle Board)

Job Responsibilities:

Architect and Interior Designer Engagement:

1. Proactively identify and reach out to architects, interior designers, and design firms to introduce our particle board products and discuss their project needs.

2. Arrange and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our particle boards.

3. Collaborate with the design community to understand current and upcoming project requirements and align our products accordingly.

OEM Business Development

1. Develop and maintain relationships with furniture manufacturers, modular furniture companies, kitchens, wardrobes, and other OEM customers.
2. Generate repeat business through key account management.
3. Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Identify new OEM opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

Trade Channel Management

1. Appoint, develop, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
2. Ensure effective stock management and product availability across the network.
3. Conduct dealer engagement activities and promotional initiatives.
4. Drive secondary sales growth and improve channel productivity.

Market Research and Analysis:

1. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

2. Analyse market data to identify untapped segments and develop strategies to penetrate new markets effectively.

Relationship Management:

1. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key decision makers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

2. Address any concerns or queries promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and positive brand perception.

Desired Skills:

1. Proven track record in business development, preferably in the building materials industry or related sectors.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders.

3. Strong negotiation skills to drive product specifications and business partnerships.

4. Understanding of particle boards or engineered panels is a plus but not mandatory; however, a quick grasp of technical aspects will be necessary.

5. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive approach to business development.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications for tracking leads and reporting.
