Trade Processing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end trade processing for commodity transactions across exchanges.
• Handling physical delivery processes, including delivery allocation, pay-in/pay-out, and related documentation.
• Daily margin reporting, allocation reporting and related reconciliation.
• Coordination with clearing corporations, depositories, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Ensuring timely adherence to Exchange/Regulatory guidelines.
• Resolving trade discrepancies, delivery exceptions, and operational issues.
• Supporting audits, regulatory reporting, and MIS related to commodity operations.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MCX & NCDEX commodity markets.
• Understanding of commodity settlement cycles, margins, and physical delivery mechanisms.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a process-driven environment.

Preferred:

• Prior experience (around 5-10 years) in commodity trade processing or similar back-office operations.
• Familiarity with exchange circulars and regulatory compliance.
