Trade Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage trade operations, including import/export documentation, letter of credit (LC) documentation, and bank guarantees.
  
• Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficient processing of international transactions.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues related to forex operations, trade finance operations, and document checking.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years' experience in Trade Operations or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, particularly in foreign exchange (forex) transactions.
  
• Proficiency in preparing various types of documents required for imports/exports (e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading).
  
• Experience working with letters of credit (LCs) and other financial instruments used in international trade.
