Tracxn - Technical Program Manager Data - AI/LLMs, Data Operations

We are seeking an analytically driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 2-6 years of experience to lead and execute programs focused on developing and maintaining our core data assets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test strategies for data acquisition and enrichment, primarily leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Take full ownership of building and maintaining key data points
• Break down complex data challenges into structured, actionable projects and tasks.
• Design rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate the efficacy of various data-building strategies.
• Continuously monitor and optimize data quality
• Clearly communicate and present your strategies, findings, and results

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in technical program management or a related technical role.
• Proven experience using Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve real-world problems.
• Strong logic and reasoning skills with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex analytical problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Disciplined and open to feedback, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• A background in engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) is a plus.
