Tracheostomy Care Nurse_Homecare

Role & responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to patients at their homes.
• Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and overall health status.
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with wound dressing, catheter care, feeding tube care, and other clinical procedures.
• Provide specialized care for patients requiring ICU, post-operative, tracheostomy, or chronic disease management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and family members regarding medication, hygiene, diet, and ongoing care.

Preferred candidate profile

• GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing registration.
• Relevant hospital/homecare experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a patient's home and in rotational shifts.
