We are seeking a TPA Doctor to support patient care while coordinating third-party insurance claims, documentation, and Ayushman Bharat filing. The role combines clinical duties with accurate claim processing and hospital coordination.
Job Summary
The TPA Doctor will oversee patients medical needs, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams, and support timely processing of insurance and Ayushman Bharat claims.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage patients medical needs and coordinate with departments for timely medical interventions.
- Handle Third-Party Administrator (TPA) coordination for insurance claims, documentation, and approvals.
- Manage filing and processing of Ayushman Bharat claims, ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation.
- Attend patient consultations, perform necessary medical procedures, and provide emergency care when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment and medication details, for follow-up and audits.
- Act as a liaison between patients, TPA coordinators, and hospital administration to support smooth claim processing.
- Work closely with consultants, nurses, and administrative staff to provide quality patient care.
- Respond to emergency medical situations and provide immediate medical assistance as required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance guidelines, and medical protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBBS from a recognized institution.
- 3-4 years of experience preferred, particularly in TPA and Ayushman Bharat filing.
- Total work experience of 1 year is listed as preferred.
- Full-time employment; work location is in person in Greater Noida.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of TPA and insurance processes.
- Familiarity with Ayushman Bharat scheme documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a clinical environment.
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and documentation.
