Role & responsibilities
1. Preparing the Bills CGHS AND TPA IPD/OPD.
2. Handling CGHS Patient Query.
3. Interacting with Staff Physician.
4. Feeding Kalyani Bills and Ward Charges Book.
5. Handling queries of various offices CGHS / CSMA.
6. Submission of IPD / OPD Bills for CGHS Office.
7. Making Summary for the Bills during start and end of the Months.
8. Submission of Summary IPD / OPD Bills for CGHS Office start of the month.
9. Bringing cheques from various offices.
10. Settling cheques with patient account.
11. Making outstanding reports IPD /OPD.
12. Interacting with Asst. Manager Finance for CGHS Bills query.
13. Dispatch bills for CSMA Patient.
14. In case files require for CGHS Office ten by CGHS File collected record room.
15. All CGHS Patients file Xerox all document and attach with bills.
16. Such other duties as per exigency of work.
