About this role
Key Responsibilities:
Final checking verifying of all types civil and finishing works and ensuring that all
Contractual terms are been implemented / attended.
Co-ordination with Consultants for smooth progress of works and timely resolving of
drawing issues.
Co- ordination with various contractors at appropriate time for project works
Co- ordination with internal departments for smooth handling of various work fronts
and material issues.
Certifications of Contractors claim Bills, BBS ,measurement sheets etc
Certification of Reconciliations claimed by contractor.
MIS reporting - daily, weekly monthly reports etc.
Coordination with MEP Team for the work front at various stages.
Leading and Guiding the Junior Site team for Progress of works.
Identifying and reporting the bottle necks of the project well in advance to Management
Completion of all Activities as scheduled
Maintaining best in quality in execution , avoiding any reworks
Prior Intimation to Contracts/Procurement team regarding requirement of
Contractor/Material as per the construction schedule and site requirement.
External Audits of Quality and Safety
Maintaining Proper documents regarding Consultant reports, Liasoning Certificates,
Quality Reports and Safety Reports.
