About this role
Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Tourist Visa Officer who can independently handle tourist visa enquiries, documentation, application preparation, client coordination and follow-ups for multiple international destinations.
Key Visa Knowledge Required
The candidate must have good working knowledge of:
* China Tourist Visa – visa categories, eligibility, documentation, application process, appointment requirements and processing timelines.
* Schengen Tourist Visa – Schengen countries, visa jurisdiction, eligibility, documentation, travel itinerary, travel insurance, financial requirements, appointment/biometrics and application process.
* USA B1/B2 Tourist Visa – DS-160, appointment process, interview preparation, eligibility, documentation and common refusal reasons.
* Canada Visitor Visa (TRV) – eligibility, online application, documentation, financial proof, travel history, purpose of visit, biometrics and application process.
* Dubai / UAE Tourist Visa – visa types, required documents, eligibility, processing time, validity and entry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle client enquiries related to tourist visas.
* Understand the client's travel purpose, profile, financial background and travel history.
* Explain visa eligibility, documentation and complete application procedures accurately.
* Check and verify client documents before submission.
* Prepare application forms and supporting documentation.
* Guide clients regarding financial documents, employment/business proof, invitation letters, travel itineraries and other supporting documents.
* Coordinate with clients for missing or updated documents.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate biometrics/interviews wherever applicable.
* Prepare clients for USA visa interviews and other visa-related interviews where required.
* Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
* Maintain accurate records of applications and follow-ups.
* Stay updated with changes in visa rules, documentation requirements, fees and procedures.
* Coordinate with internal sales and documentation teams.
* Maintain professional communication and provide transparent information to clients.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of China, Schengen, USA, Canada and Dubai tourist visas.
* Excellent documentation and application-handling skills.
* Good knowledge of visa forms and online application portals.
* Strong communication and client-handling skills.
* Ability to identify documentation gaps and potential application weaknesses.
* Good English communication skills.
* Good follow-up and coordination skills.
* Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Previous experience in immigration consultancy, visa consultancy, travel agency or international education/visa services.
* Candidates with hands-on experience handling USA B1/B2, Schengen, Canada Visitor Visa and UAE Tourist Visa applications will be preferred.
