Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage inbound tour operations with attention to detail
2. Handle bookings, reservations, and vendor coordination
3. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth travel itineraries
4. Prepare travel vouchers and maintain accurate documentation
5. Support group management and address on-tour requirements with efficiency
Desired Profile:
1. 2 to 3 years of experience in tour operations
2. Proficiency in travel software and strong working knowledge of MS Excel
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
4. A professional approach with the ability to deliver under timelines
