About The Role

Leads team of intermediate to experienced Field Service professionals. Reviews escalated issues, establishes and maintains a good relationship with key customers, and responds to escalated complaints from high-profile customers. Responsible for maintaining training and audit/assessment programs and training field service staff.

Responsibilities

Key Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive Totaline sales and business growth across Bangalore and the Karnataka market.
• Develop and manage strong business relationships with SPDs, Turnkey Contractors (TKOs), and competitive dealers to drive new business opportunities and strengthen Totaline's market presence.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the Totaline channel network.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and margin targets.
• Promote and develop Totaline's non-traditional product portfolio, including Air Curtains, Dehumidifiers and Air-Side Accessories, beyond the typical trade product range.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, dispatches and customer requirements.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and pricing to strengthen Totaline's market position.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline and market reports.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC-related discipline preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in HVAC spares sales and distribution.
• Strong understanding of the HVAC Spares market and channel business.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore and Karnataka.
  
  

Education

University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience.
