We are looking for an experienced Production Editor - Total Service with a strong background in book publishing and project management. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production workflows, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end book production from manuscript to final delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with authors, editors, copy editors, typesetters, and vendors.
• Oversee copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and quality checks.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, style guides, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective prioritization.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources and optimize workflows.
