Process Matter Experts are deep subject matter experts who work closely with clients and GPOs. Cutover and Ongoing OperationsWork with GPOs to execute process cutover activitiesParticipate in continuous process improvement initiatives and monitor process specific KPIsContribute to the development of a Global Quality Framework with measurable standards aligned to client and contractual requirementsPartner with Service Delivery Leads to address key issues critical escalations and operational challenges


Roles and Responsibilities: Global DesignProvide end to end process expertise and support future state process design initiativesSupport GPOs in identifying leading practices and process design considerations that drive operational efficiencyProvide input into Workday enablement initiatives identify automation opportunities and address process gapsWork with GPOs to document process narratives required for standard operating proceduresLocalizationCompile localization requirements and support localization planning activitiesParticipate in localization sessions and provide process expertiseDocument localization requirements for standard operating procedure developmentTestingProvide input and compile end to end process scenariosParticipate in testing end to end processes in order to get familiarization of various system and process scenarios for SOP creationDevelop and validate end to end process scenariosParticipate in process testing to gain system and process knowledge and support standard operating procedure creationStandard Operating Procedure DevelopmentDevelop standard operating procedures for assigned process areasDevelop SOPs for each process areaWork with their GPOs and their client counterparts to review and validate completeness of DTP content
