Mandatory SAP and Success Factor experience candidates with Compensation Benefits experience 1 - 2 years of business experience with Comp & Benefits and Performance management background. Knowledge of Comp & Benefits and Performance management processes. Strong command of written and verbal English language. Mandatory SAP and Success Factor experience Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.

Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
