The aim is to fairly compensate employees and provide benefits that support their well-being and job satisfaction.Design processes for performing salary adjustments, providing bonus / incentives, maintaining salary and job tables and managing employee stock purchase plan.
What are we looking for Expanded PS Responsibilities (Leadership, Employee Support Process Improvement)Lead and coordinate team tasks to achieve department objectives.Coach and support team members in developing technical competencies.Ensure compliance with corporate policies, guidelines, and HR procedures.Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.Organize and monitor workflow to meet service level expectations.Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors.Participate in cross functional initiatives related to People Services and payroll optimization.PS Profile What You BringExperience in payroll and benefits across multiple jurisdictions.Post secondary education in HR, Business, or related field.Certifications in business analysis, QA, process improvement, or change management are assets.Demonstrated leadership experience (team or project).Strong track record in process improvement and automation.Exceptional customer service orientation.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Ceridian, PowerPay) is an asset
Roles and Responsibilities: PEOPLE SERVICES PS (HR)Scope: Payroll, Benefits, Employee Lifecycle, HR ComplianceCore Payroll Benefits ResponsibilitiesReview and validate timesheets; identify and escalate discrepancies.Ensure timely and accurate bi weekly payroll processing in Workforce Management SystemAdminister benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes.Maintain employee personal data; communicate discrepancies.Maintain cosmetic commission databases; support commission processing and WFM entry.Ensure T4s, government forms, and legislative filings are accurate and submitted on time.Manage other employment programs and payroll-related compliance.Quebec: Complete CNESST documentation for injured employees or preventative maternity leave.Maintain corporate discount program enrollment for eligible employees.In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problemsYour day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisorsIn this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture managementYou will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignmentsThe decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of othersYou will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of workPlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
