Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international calls for US clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Work on a rotational shift schedule, including evenings and night shifts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Grad/ UG - Fresher OR Experienced with good com-skills

• 0-5 years of experience in an International Call Centre environment (Freshers welcome).
  
• Fluent English language skills (spoken & written) with excellent communication abilities.
  
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
