Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and assistance to the team on various tools and software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of tooling and processes.
- Conduct training sessions for new team members on existing tools and software.
- Analyze and report on tool performance metrics to optimize system efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT services and support, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles and practices.
- Experience with Solarwinds and other monitoring tools is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech/B.E/Technical Graduates are preferred.
