Tool Room Technician

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools and equipment in the tool room to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in setting up new molds, making necessary adjustments to fit different products.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues with tools and equipment, performing minor repairs as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (plastics & rubber).
• Knowledge of injection molding processes and techniques.
• Basic understanding of CAD software for designing molds (e.g. SolidWorks).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly throughout the day.
