Job Title: Toolroom PPC Manager / Production Planning & Control Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager with strong experience in Toolroom / Precision Machining / Make-to-Order Engineering environments. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, material readiness, vendor coordination and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily production as per customer orders.
• Monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate availability of materials, drawings and tools before production.
• Update and monitor planning software and take corrective action on delays.
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced processes such as heat treatment.
• Provide realistic delivery timelines to the Sales team.
• Prepare and track pending orders and OTD reports.

Important Requirements

• 6–10 years of PPC experience, including minimum 3 years in Toolroom / Precision Machining / MTO Engineering.
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand machining processes.
• Good knowledge of Excel, computers and production planning software.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Hindi & English communication required.
• Experience with press tools, dies or punch press tooling will be an added advantage.

Important: Candidates must have relevant Toolroom / Precision Machining PPC experience.
