Tool Room Incharge

Role & responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the tool room and supervise tool room personnel.
• Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of gravity die casting dies and tooling.
• Ensure timely availability of dies, fixtures, jigs, and gauges for production.
• Analyze die failures and implement corrective actions to improve tool life.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for new product development.
• Monitor die performance and recommend modifications to improve casting quality and productivity.
• Plan and execute die trials, die corrections, and process improvements.
