Tool Room Engineer

Job Summary Responsibilities

• Responsible for Lead the shift In charge for Mould Maintenance- Toolroom.
• Ability in planning and initiating Process planning and resource management.
• Analyse machine mould adaptability.
• Responsible for Mould preventive breakdown maintenance.
• Monitoring tool rectification activities.
• Handle New mould Inward Inspection, Mould Trials, trouble shouting corrective action.
• Responsible for all IATF documentation.
• Prepare monthly MRM data.
• Attending trials at tool maker placetake necessary corrective action for achieving aesthetical dimensional requirement of the product.
• Manpower planning, job allocation performance monitoring.
• Ensure safe work condition, safe work practices, safety culture.
• Rejection control resolve daily production problem.
• Interaction with customer supplier regarding initiation of tool manufacturing feasibility of new part.
• Ensure compliance to QMS EHS in the shift operation, driving continual improvements Corrective actions
• Conduct Kaizens Improvement works for molds to accelerate production.
• Lead 5S team in shop floor.
