Tool Room Engineer - Maintenance (Plastic Injection Moulding Division)

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of Plastic injection moulds.
  
• Knowledge of Hot Runner moulds.

• Assembly of Hot Runner Moulds
  
• Handle mould fitting, assembly / disassembly
  
• Identify and resolve mould-related issues.
  
• Maintain tool history and ensure mould readiness at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in plastic injection mould maintenance.
  
• Must have knowledge of handling hot runner moulds.
  
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Tool & Die Making or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Should be able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

• Must have knowledge of Manifold, Assembly , Dis- Assembly

• Work will be in Day shift only for 10 Hours
