Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tool Maker to handle tool and die manufacturing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities in our stamping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of press tools and stamping dies.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Perform tool fitting, grinding, machining, and die assembly activities.
• Troubleshoot and rectify die-related issues during production.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of stamping dies.
• Operate conventional and CNC milling, lathe, and grinding machines.
• Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
• Support Production and Quality teams in resolving tool-related issues.
• Ensure tools and dies are maintained as per production requirements.
