Role & responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of Auto cad / UG Software. & Mold design review knowledge
- Good knowledge of Mold manufacturing standards preparation.
- Good knowledge of Mold Documentation work.
- Root cause analysis and problem solving in Major Mold issue & implement corrective actions.
- Review vendor progress, maintain project records, and provide regular updates to the project
Team.
- Attend injection mold breakdowns and support repairs
- Monitor vendor mold maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair schedule
- Follow up with vendors for mold spare parts, maintenance schedules, and service support.
- Maintain vendor communication records.
Conduct regular vendor visits to check mold maintenance quality, process adherence, and Mold status
