Role & responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of Auto cad / UG Software. & Mould design review knowledge
- Good knowledge of Mould manufacturing standards preparation.
- Good knowledge of Mould Documentation work.
- Root cause analysis and problem solving in Major Mould issue & implement corrective actions.
- Review vendor progress, maintain project records, and provide regular updates to the project Team.
- Attend injection Mould breakdowns and support repairs
- Monitor vendor Mould maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair schedule
- Follow up with vendors for Mould spare parts, maintenance schedules, and service support.
- Maintain vendor communication records.
Conduct regular vendor visits to check mould maintenance quality, process adherence, and Mould status
