Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Tool Implementation (Admin/Developer) & Automation Developer to drive enterprise tool implementation, administration, integrations, and process automation across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Configure and administer enterprise platforms, workflows, forms, dashboards, and business processes.
• Develop automations, REST API integrations, webhooks, and custom scripts.
• Build solutions using JavaScript/Node.js, APIs, and JSON.
• Integrate platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, HR systems, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration, data, and automation issues.
• Support POCs, demos, adoption, and implementation activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide project status updates.
• Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise applications, automation, integrations, or software development.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with CRM, ITSM, workflow, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Good understanding of databases, SQL, and data integration concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS.
• Experience building integrations, POCs, and technical demonstrations.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, Enterprise Search, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Team leadership or mentoring experience.
