Role Summary:
Support wind turbine blade factories and projects globally as part of the Production Engineering Services team. Responsible for equipment maintenance data reporting, EAM system management, and statistical analysis of production equipment performance.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare machine uptime and downtime reports
- Report MTBF, MTTR, and OEE data for all blade and factory equipment
- Perform statistical analysis of machine downtime, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain core production data and asset records in EAM
- Create and maintain spare parts records for tools and equipment in the system
- Establish, maintain, and improve EAM systems for factories
- Manage costing and accounting of tools and assets in EAM
- Create new tools and complete work orders for quality tools
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in tool and equipment maintenance
- Experience with data reporting for MTBF, MTTR, and OEE
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and skillful in handling breakdowns
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (EAM/SAP)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- BE (Mechanical/Electrical) degree
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in blade or manufacturing environment
